Amy Henderson – Director of Business Development
Amy Initially joined the Tulsa Oilers in July of 1999. Over the course of two decades, she occupied various positions within the organization, ranging from overseeing merchandise and group ticket sales to managing corporate sponsorship and marketing efforts. Following a brief period away, she has returned to the Oilers family in a Business Development capacity, encompassing all Oilers entities. Amy possesses a passion for developing relationships, driving growth for the Oilers’ enterprises, and actively contributing to the community. A proud Tulsa native, she resides in Broken Arrow with her husband Jeremy, and takes pride in her role as a mother and stepmother to their five children: Colton, Malachi, Gabriel, Dreiman and Jori. Additionally, she enjoys being called “Memaw” by her grandsons Elias and Titan.
Shawn Watring – VP of Ticket Sales
Shawn, who arrived in Tulsa in 2012, oversees all daily ticket operations in the Oilers office and ensures that all Oiler fans get the very best seats for the best price. Shawn landed in NE Oklahoma after spending two years as VP of Ticket Sales for the Dayton Gems, formerly of the CHL. During his time in Dayton, he helped raise the Gems average attendance by 1,000 fans per game. Prior to his time in Dayton he worked for the expansion Missouri Mavericks professional Hockey Team and helped the team set a CHL record for group tickets. His current role with the Oilers will include all items ticket related, focusing on season and group tickets. Shawn earned a degree in Entertainment Management from Missouri State University and lives in Broken Arrow with his wife Amelia and daughters Emmerson and Waverly.
